About Kelly Murray, Operations Leader & Coach for Multi-Unit Brands

I didn't study this industry from the outside. I built it from the inside.

I'm a dojo rat. Grew up on the mats while my parents built a 9-location martial arts empire. At 16, I wasn't just training, I was running my dad's school as his director of operations.

Then I took that foundation to iLoveKickboxing and became one of the main architects behind their explosive growth, building the management systems and operational framework that helped scale them to 300+ locations.

I didn't just watch a franchise expand. I engineered it.

Now I bring that exact playbook, built from childhood in the dojo and proven at scale, directly to individual school owners and their managers.
