Terms and Conditions

We offer management certification programs, group coaching, fractional operational leadership partnerships, speaking engagements, and on-site trainings. Program scope, duration, pricing, and deliverables are described on this site and confirmed in a separate agreement, invoice, or enrollment page. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Any results, revenue figures, or outcomes described on this site or in testimonials are examples of what specific clients have experienced. They are not typical, not average, and not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn or achieve. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, team, capital, effort, and execution. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.

Testimonials are from real clients and are shared with permission. Clients are not compensated for testimonials unless expressly disclosed.

Coaching and training content is educational and operational in nature. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or employment law advice. Consult a licensed professional before making decisions in those areas.

Fees are due as stated at enrollment or in your agreement. Recurring engagements bill monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Program purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, except where a specific refund policy is stated on the enrollment page or required by law. The Edge partnership carries a 90 day minimum commitment. On-site trainings require scheduling and travel commitments and may be subject to a rescheduling fee if canceled inside the window stated in your agreement.

You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions, and implement in good faith. Repeated no-shows, abusive conduct, or nonpayment may result in termination of services without refund.

All course materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and site content are owned by Kelly Murray Coaching. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for your own business or team. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or teach the materials as your own without written permission.

Information shared inside coaching sessions, masterminds, and partnership work is treated as confidential by both parties, except where disclosure is required by law.

Certain programs are hosted and sold through third party platforms. Your purchase on those platforms is also subject to their terms and policies.

By submitting a form with your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, and email regarding your inquiry and our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelly Murray Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of this site or our services. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
